Zum einen muss man bei der Beantwortung dieser Frage ber\u00fccksichtigen, wie gro\u00df das Potential der vorhandenen Spieler ist (taktisches Verst\u00e4ndnis, technisches Verm\u00f6gen). Zum anderen muss man auch die langfristigen Saisonziele nachdenken.<\/p>\n<h2><a href=\"https:\/\/www.supercoach.de\/scwp\/2017\/08\/31\/pro-contra-4-3-3-und-4-4-2\/\">4-4-2<\/a><\/h2>\n<p>Hier kann die Abwehr sowohl mit einer Viererkette als auch klassisch mit drei Manndeckern und einem Libero spielen. Zur Verst\u00e4rkung der Defensive wird hier ein Spieler aus dem Sturm ins Mittelfeld gesetzt. Bei einem eigenen Angriff m\u00fcssen die Mittelfeldspieler sich mit nach vorne einschalten, um die L\u00fccken, die zwangsl\u00e4ufig bei nur zwei St\u00fcrmern entstehen, zu schlie\u00dfen. Entweder spielt man dann mit zwei offensiven Mittelfeldspielern oder mit zwei defensiven. Dies sollte man ebenfalls je nach Gegner ausrichten. Die Aufgabe wird hierbei f\u00fcr die Mittelfeldspieler schwerer, weil sie nun sowohl die L\u00fccken im Angriff schlie\u00dfen m\u00fcssen, als auch die Au\u00dfenbahnen nach hinten absichern. Diese Spielform ist meistens bei Hobby- und Jugendmannschaften anzutreffen, weil die beiden Au\u00dfenpositionen im Sturm fest besetzt sind. Es werden daher weniger konditionelle Anspr\u00fcche an die Spieler gestellt.
