Unter einer „Affirmation“ versteht man einen Satz, mit dem man sich selber beeinflussen m\u00f6chte und dadurch einen erw\u00fcnschten Zustand hervorruft, der zu diesem Zeitpunkt noch nicht verwirklicht ist.<\/p>\n

Was versteckt sich jetzt genau dahinter? Durch solche S\u00e4tze kann man negative Bilder und Gedanken durch positive ersetzen. Dabei handelt es sich dann um eine geschaffene innere Wirklichkeit, die eine gute Grundlage f\u00fcr die real auszuf\u00fchrende Handlung bildet. Wenn man das h\u00e4ufig bewusst wiederholt, versetzt man sich selbst in die Lage, dies dann in der Realit\u00e4t umzusetzen. Wenn man als Sportler negative Gedanken hat, programmiert man quasi den Misserfolg. Wenn man sich st\u00e4ndig einredet, dass etwas nicht funktionieren kann, dann wird es auch nicht funktionieren (selbsterf\u00fcllende Prophezeiung, engl. self-fulfilling prophecy) . Nur, wer an seine F\u00e4higkeiten glaubt, sie formuliert und in der Situation anwendet, wird seine F\u00e4higkeiten wirklich voll entfalten k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n

Man muss allerdings zun\u00e4chst einmal die Umst\u00e4nde und den Zeitpunkt des Auftretens der belastenden Gedanken analysieren. Diese Analyse l\u00e4uft in f\u00fcnf Schritten ab:<\/p>\n

  1. Schritt: Selbstbeobachtung
    Was denke ich vor dem Spiel? Welche negativen Gedanken und Gef\u00fchle habe ich?<\/li>\n
  2. Schritt: negative Gedanken formulieren
    Bedeutung der negativen Gedanken formulieren und sortieren; mit der gr\u00f6\u00dften beginnen
    (Beispiele: Ich bin nerv\u00f6s. Vor dem Spiel f\u00fchle ich mich schwach. Vor dem Gegner habe ich Angst. etc.)<\/li>\n
  3. Schritt: erw\u00fcnschtes Verhalten ausdr\u00fccken
    ideale Vorstellungen ausdr\u00fccken: Wie w\u00fcrde man sich in einer schwierigen Situation gerne verhalten? Hier beschreibt man, wie man z. B. einen entscheidenden Elfmeter verwandelt oder seine Gegner ausspielt.
    (Beispiele: Ich bin ruhig und zuversichtlich. Ich f\u00fchle mich fit und stark. etc.)<\/li>\n
  4. Schritt: Umwandeln in positive S\u00e4tze
    Negative Gedanken werden nun in positive S\u00e4tze umgewandelt.<\/li>\n
  5. Schritt: Anwendung
    S\u00e4tze in Trainings- und Wettkampfsituationen ausprobieren: Durch st\u00e4ndige Wiederholung \u00fcben diese S\u00e4tze bzw. die Affirmationen dann die gew\u00fcnschte eine autosuggestive Wirkung aus.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n

    Die Wirkung der Affirmation wird entscheidend verst\u00e4rkt, wenn der Spieler sich in einem entspannten Zustand befindet.<\/p>\n
