Mittig vor dem Tor legt man auf der Strafraumgrenze einen Ball ab.<\/p>\n<p>Der Spieler startet auf der Strafraumgrenze und sprintet zum ersten H\u00fctchen, kehrt zum Ausgangspunkt zur\u00fcck, l\u00e4uft danach zum zweiten H\u00fctchen usw.
