Spielern folgendes mit auf den Weg geben:<\/p>\n<p><center><\/p>\n<table border=\"1\" cellspacing=\"0\">\n<tr>\n<td><a href=\"http:\/\/www.supercoach.de\/scwp\/ernaehrung\/\">Ern&auml;hrung<\/a><\/td>\n<td>\n<div align=\"left\">\n<ul>\n<li>gesunde <a href=\"http:\/\/www.supercoach.de\/scwp\/ernaehrung\/\">Ern&auml;hrung<\/a> = ausreichender Stoffwechsel<\/li>\n<li>immer zu gleichen Zeiten essen<\/li>\n<li>viele Vitamine (Obst in Form von S&uuml;dfr&uuml;chten und Gem&uuml;se)<\/li>\n<li>niemals im Stehen essen, abends nicht mehr naschen<\/li>\n<li>fettarme <a href=\"http:\/\/www.supercoach.de\/scwp\/ernaehrung\/\">Ern&auml;hrung<\/a> st&auml;rkt das Immunsystem und hemmt Erk&auml;ltungen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Psyche<\/td>\n<td>\n<div align=\"left\">\n<ul>\n<li>totales Abschalten vom Fu&szlig;ball<\/li>\n<li>viele Spazierg&auml;nge<\/li>\n<li>machen, was Spa&szlig; macht<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>aktive Erholung<\/td>\n<td>\n<div align=\"left\">\n<ul>\n<li>evtl.
