Die Laufzeiten sollten unter drei Minuten liegen.<\/p>\n<h2>Trainingseinheit 5<\/h2>\n<p>10 x 200 m, wobei zwischen den einzelnen L\u00e4ufen eine Pause von jeweils zwei Minuten liegen sollte.
