Nun setzt sich jeder Spieler so hin, da\u00df er den Ball vor sich liegen hat. Die Kr\u00e4ftigungs\u00fcbungen laufen dann wie folgt ab:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Die Beine werden ausgestreckt und \u00fcber dem liegenden Ball gehalten.<\/li>\n<li>Die ausgestreckten Beine werden im Scherenschlag \u00fcber dem liegenden Ball hin und her bewegt.<\/li>\n<li>Die ausgestreckten Beine werden von der linken Seite \u00fcber den liegenden Ball zur rechten Seite (und wieder zur\u00fcck) bewegt, ohne dabei den Boden zu ber\u00fchren. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Hierbei ist zu beachten, da\u00df die Belastungszeit, d. h. die \u00dcbungszeit maximal 1 Minute dauert und die Erholungspause dementsprechend genauso lang ist. Die Spieler sollen sich bei den \u00dcbungen nicht mit den H\u00e4nden abst\u00fctzen und auch nicht ihre Beine festhalten.<\/p>\n<p>Diese \u00dcbung ist fr\u00fchestens ab der C-Jugend anzuwenden!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\"><p>Jeder Spieler erh\u00e4lt einen Ball, den er vor sich ablegt.
