Im Anschlu\u00df Schnelligkeits- und Kraftausdauer durch 200-m-L\u00e4ufe mit Wiederholung, Turnier- \/ Freundschaftsspiele relativ h\u00e4ufig. Die letzten beiden Wochen vor der Regenerationszeit erfolgt reines Schnelligkeitstraining durch Sprints bis 30 m (immer ausreichende Pausen, um nicht nicht in den Bereich der Schnelligkeitsausdauer zu gelangen). Zum Abschlu\u00df der Vorbereitung werden taktische Dinge einstudiert.<\/li>\n<li><strong>erste Wettkampfperiode<\/strong><br \/>zwei- bis dreimal w\u00f6chentliches <a href=\"http:\/\/www.supercoach.de\/scwp\/training\/\">Training<\/a> mit Belastung<\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.supercoach.de\/scwp\/2017\/08\/03\/vorbereitung-auf-die-rueckrunde\/\">Vorbereitung zur R\u00fcckrunde<\/a><\/strong><br \/>Hallenturniere zur Abwechslung. Fehler aus der Hinrunde werden m\u00f6glichst abgestellt. Eine Verbesserung von Defiziten im Ausdauerbereich ist hier nur schlecht m\u00f6glich.<\/li>\n<li><strong>zweite Wettkampfperiode<\/strong><br \/>zwei- bis dreimal w\u00f6chentliches <a href=\"http:\/\/www.supercoach.de\/scwp\/training\/\">Training<\/a> mit Belastung<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00dcbergangsperiode<\/strong><br \/>Zwei Wochen v\u00f6lliges Ausspannen (Urlaub), danach leichtes <a href=\"http:\/\/www.supercoach.de\/scwp\/training\/\">Training<\/a> (lockere Spiele). Morgens und abends ca. jeweils 15 Minuten Jogging.
