Hat man einen gezerrten <a href=\"http:\/\/www.supercoach.de\/scwp\/2017\/08\/01\/der-menschliche-muskel\/\">Muskel<\/a>, ist die Beweglichkeit eingeschr\u00e4nkt und man sp\u00fcrt einen stechenden Schmerz in der betreffenden Stelle. <\/p>\n<p>Beim <strong>Muskelfaserri\u00df<\/strong> verh\u00e4lt es sich fast identisch. Auch hier sind nicht oder schlecht <a href=\"http:\/\/www.supercoach.de\/scwp\/aufwaermen\/\">aufgew\u00e4rmte<\/a> oder erm\u00fcdete <a href=\"http:\/\/www.supercoach.de\/scwp\/2017\/08\/01\/der-menschliche-muskel\/\">Muskeln<\/a> urs\u00e4chlich. Wenn eine <a href=\"http:\/\/www.supercoach.de\/scwp\/2017\/08\/01\/der-menschliche-muskel\/\">Muskel<\/a>faser rei\u00dft, sp\u00fcrt man ein Gef\u00fchl wie bei einem Tritt bzw. einem Messerstich. \u00c4u\u00dferlich erkennt man ihn an einer Beule und evtl. einem Blutergu\u00df.
